Return Policy

At Instrument Souk, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing detailed product specifications prior to order confirmation. Please carefully review all product details before placing your order, as items cannot be returned once the order is confirmed.

Conditions for Return

• Returns are  not permitted once the order is placed and confirmed.
• Customers must carefully read the specifications and details of the product before finalizing their purchase.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or returned after confirmation.
• Instrument Souk does not accept any used or opened products for exchange or return under any circumstances.

Order Errors

• Customers can amend errors in their order up until the point they click “submit” during the ordering process.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
• If you receive a product that is sent in error, contact us immediately within 24 Hrs.

Cancellation of Orders

• Orders may only be cancelled before confirmation. To cancel an order, customers must notify Instrument Souk in writing no later than the same day the order is placed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched. Any such cancellations will still incur standard delivery charges.

General Notes

• Instrument Souk does not provide refunds or exchanges unless the product is proven to be faulty or sent in error.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as store credit.
• Customers are advised to ensure all products meet their requirements prior to confirming their purchase.
